Shopping and Refund Policies
We are always happy to answer and questions or fix and issues that arise. Most of our products are sadly non refundable as once a candle/sage/or incense is burned it can not be returned or reused. Things such as broken glass, crystals, or damaged products we can gladly exchange for the same product or equal value.
